 Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipment notification with a tracking link.

We offer free shipping to every country in the world. There is no minimum order amount and no hidden fees. You never pay extra for delivery.

Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 days from the date of shipment. This timeframe applies to all destinations without exception. We do not offer expedited or express shipping.

No Domestic vs International Difference
Whether you live in the same country as our warehouse or on the other side of the world, your shipping time is always 6 to 12 days. We treat every customer equally.

Tracking Information
Every order comes with a tracking number. You can monitor your package from our warehouse to your doorstep. Tracking details are included in your shipping confirmation email.

 Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) warehouse local time will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after that time will start processing the next business day.

Weekends and Holidays
Processing and shipping do not occur on weekends or major public holidays. Delivery estimates of 6 to 12 days refer to business days only.

Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will ask you to pay for reshipment.

 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, first check with neighbors or your local post office. For verified lost packages, contact us within 15 days and we will investigate.

Customs and Duties
Because we ship worldwide, your order may be subject to local import taxes or customs fees. These are your responsibility and are not included in our free shipping offer.

We use a mix of reliable carriers depending on your location. The specific carrier will be shown in your tracking information. All carriers follow the same 6 to 12 day delivery window.

 Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, email us immediately. We can update the address only if your order has not yet been shipped.
