Refund Policy

 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
You may return any unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. This applies to both sprays and traps.

 When to Contact Us First
Before returning an item, please email our customer service team. We will help troubleshoot or confirm your eligibility for a refund. This saves you time and unnecessary shipping.

 Condition for Refund
Products must be returned in their original packaging with at least 80 percent of the product remaining for sprays. Traps should not be visibly damaged by misuse.

 Defective or Damaged Items
If your spray leaks during shipping or your trap fails to work properly, we will refund you in full or send a free replacement. You do not need to return the defective item unless we ask.

 How to Start a Return
Request a return by email with your order number and a brief reason. We will reply within 24 hours with a return address and instructions. For customers in most countries, we provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns for products that are completely empty, intentionally damaged, or show signs of misuse. Shipping fees are non-refundable, but note that we offer free shipping – so you never pay for return shipping either.

 Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider. If all else fails, please email us and we will investigate.

 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order. You will still enjoy free shipping on the new order.

 International Returns
Our free shipping policy applies to original orders. For returns from outside our warehouse country, we will provide a return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs for defective items. For buyer’s remorse returns, you are responsible for return shipping.

Sale Items
All products purchased at 70 percent off are still eligible for refunds under the same 30 day policy. No exceptions or extra fees.

 Final Sale or Clearance Items
From time to time we may offer final sale items. Those will be clearly marked on the product page and are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
